Nothing too much trouble, I liked this hotel and would recommend. I had a pleasant experience here, everything was excellent, the location was ideal really close to shops, town center, centre of killarney. Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was good. The room suited my needs, airy with the softest comfiest beds ever...

Perfect for one night. I appreciated everything, it was so perfect. Common room, lovely with huge bathrooms. Beds were very comfy, the staff was very, very nice. A beautiful building in the center of Killarney. Helpful service, delicious breakfast.

Enjoyed it and would return here. Great staff and amenities - they offered an exceptional experience. The sand beach was adjacent to the hotel. Magic view, a lovely balcony, really nice bed, too. Lobby had free coffee. Plus their wifi was complimentary.

Room was warm and tidy, the place itself was stunningly beautiful. Staff were happy to help and always fairly friendly. Having different cool drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.

We liked this hotel: staff and location were all fantastic. Quality cuisine. The area was downtown. The property was also close to Irish Whiskey Experience.

Good value and location is magnificent. There's lord kenmare's restaurant with nice shots minutes from the venue. We had double beds and we all slept well. Moreover, free WiFi was great. Think that Countess House is beyond compare;)))
